General description:

Spreader is an intermediate lifting accessory positioned between a hoist and a load. They act as a crosspiece for spacing the hooks or chains that hold loads such as bundles, rolls, cylinders and machinery.It enables the load to be hooked up, guaranteeing optimum stability and reduced headroom.

A lifting beam has a simple design consisting of a beam with a single attachment point centered on the top side of the beam for connecting to a crane, hoist, or other lifting machine. Some lifting beams may have two bails in order to engage two crane or hoist hooks. There are typically two or more evenly-spaced lifting lugs on the underside of the beam that attach to and support the load via hook or sling.It allows lifting objects whose weight is not equilibrated or objects that have a singular design that doesn't allow to be lifted with a standard lifter.

There are different spreader designs such as automatic container spreader,mud tank lifting spreader,Automatic Train Cover Spreader,Automatic Paper Coil Spreader,Automatic Vacuum Spreader,C Hook Spreader,etc.and each one has different uses and advantages.

The spreader has the advantages of advanced structure, reasonable mechanical properties, light weight, large stiffness, simple operation, easy to use, safe and reliable, easy to disassemble and so on. 2. The power consumption of electric spreaders is about 6% of that of traditional hydraulic spreaders, which greatly saves energy.
3. High flexibility of the crane due to coupling beam.
4. Smooth acceleration/deceleration by frequency converters.
5. The electric spreader is in the way that the motor drives the mechanical rotation. The whole spreader has no hydraulic system, so there is no need for oil tank, solenoid valve and oil pipe.
6. Compared from maintenance ,the cost of the electric spreader is lower than that of the hydraulic spreader.
7. Compared with the hydraulic spreader, the electric spreader has a simple structure, fewer failure points, a lower failure rate, which makes  it more stable in use.
8. The electric spreader adopts mechanical transmission, which has no obvious influence by the change of ambient temperature, and the temperature difference range is large.

Anti-corrosive Treatment:
Shoot Blasting follow ISO8501-1 SA2.5 class, roughness follow ISO 8503 G class, clearness follow 8502-3 Level II. Use top brand like Hempel, International, and Jordon's Rich zinc epoxy painting for the prime, middle layer coating. Use polyurethane topcoat for the finished layer coating. All NANTE painters are trained or inspected by NACE or FROSIO level II Inspector.

A: We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual. Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.

A: Sure, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brand and customers around the world.

Q8: What about shipping:
A: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.
