NANTE supply high tro rail system (also known as seamless busbar) suitable for indoor. The PVC housing can accommodate different copper cross sections for nominal currents of 50-140 A. Special sections enable quick and easy replacement of defective sections.

NANTE high tro reel systems is a space saving conductor system which consists of a flat PVC housing and pure copper conductors ,and the most typical advantage is the light weight and tender nature, easy for carry and install.Also the small amount of space required allows the system to be integrated into the crane or hoist track.It has 3,4,6 poles , with a current capacity of 50A to140A, especially used to carry low power.The seamless conductor/bus bar is a parts of power supply system for overhead crane, gantry crane, suspension crane, etc. which is suitable for machinery works, small size steel factory and low power hoisting equipments, cranes,monorails, electric hoists, electric tools, ring application or slip rings,stacking systems and widely used in lifting industry.

1. Conductor rail:The current collector moving in the conductor rail. Use PVC Housing and 99.999% pure copper which has compact design, good performance and long-service life.
2. Hanger:Fixed the HTR conductor rail,1.2m each.
3. Supprot bracket:Install hanger and fixed the conductor rail.
4. End tensioner:Used to fix and tighten both ends of HTR rail.Reforced Nylon material, High quality spring, standard screw, bolts and nuts.
5. Line feed:Used for intermediate power supply and also can be used as a joint when the HTR is disconnected or divide into two sections.
6. Current collector:Attached to the moving equipment and used to supply power from the High-Tro-Reel unit to the equipment.Nylon material , High quality and big size carbon bush, connection ear design.

Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.

A: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.
