Application

Design features

Compact arrangement, corrosion resistance and simple assembly are its essential features.

Housing

Color green, PVC housing for 4 conductors. Standard section 4 m.

Other sections are available.
The ground conductor is identified by international color code.
Phase reversing prevented by design of the collector and housing.
 

Joints:

Snap-in joint splices provide mechanical and electrical continuity. Insulated protection covers are included.

Feed sets:

End feeds or line feeds are available.

End caps:

The open ends of the conductor are closed by end caps.

Hangers:

Standard brackets for conductor attachment to crane girders are available. Conductor is with sliding and fix point hangers.

Standard distance between suspension appoints for indoor and outdoor installations: 1500mm to 2000mm.

Expansion sections:

The Expansion sections are required to compensate the different expansions between copper conductors and steel-or concrete structures, in varying temperatures without interrupting electrical power.

Expansion joints are used when the Powerail length between feeds, curves, switches or other fix points is exceeding 20m. Install expansion joint according to actually installation.
Isolating Section:
Isolating sections are required if parts of the system or individual rails are to be de-energized within a conductor rail system. To prevent a voltage bridging by current collector two air gap isolating sections should be installed.
 

Collectors

The current collectors are made of carbon brush, reinforced nylon and galvanized or spray-paint metal material. Spring loaded carbon brushes maintain uniform contact. Connecting cables and hinged or flexible towing arms included. Double Current collectors for transfer applications and higher amperage are available.

A5: We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual. If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also.

Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A6: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.

Q7: Do you accept OEM business?
A7: Sure, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brand and customers around the world.

Q8: What about shipping?
A8: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.

Q9: What about delivery time?
A9: Different capacity crane and components have different estimated delivery time, generally speaking, around 4 weeks to 8 weeks.
