Festoon System is a mobile electrification system, which is a safe, effective and economical way of supplying power to cranes, hoists and moving machinery traveling along fixed tracks. It by using flat or round cable through cable trolley traveling on a C track (C30, C32, C40, C63), I beam, wire rope, angle bar or square/diamond track.Festoon systems are typically used on overhead cranes, port cranes, refuse cranes and other material handling applications.

It is an all-purpose system suited for either indoor or outdoor use under a broad range of operating conditions in a mild environment condition.

Components Description:
- Angle steel:The trolley moving in the angle steel and the joints of the angle steel are connected by electric welding.
- Angle steel support bracket:The angle steel bracket is installed on the main girder of the crane, which can be connected by screws or welded, with a spacing of 1500mm.
- Middle trolley:The middle trolley makes the cable telescopically run on the steel wire rope, the interval distance is 1500mm-1800mm.Cable trolleys are made of plastics and galvanised steel which has beared on rollers so they can be easily moved. They have a rubber or plastic plating so the transported cables are not damaged.
- Hanger:Used to connect angle steel and bracket.
- Cable: Power cable and pendent control cable. PVC housing or rubber housing for option.
- Steel Wire: Safe and reliable.

Q5: How can I assembly the cranes in my factory?
A5: We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual. If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also.
Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A6: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.
Q7: Do you accept OEM business?
A7: Sure, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brand and customers around the world.
Q8: What about shipping?
A8: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.
Q9: What about delivery time?
A9: Different capacity crane and components have different estimated delivery time, generally speaking, around 4 weeks to 8 weeks.
