Product Description

          Segmental Method with a Segmental Launching Gantry (LG) is a very popular way used for the construction of bridges and viaducts with small curve and long span.  
   Segmental Launching Gantries are used for erecting Precast Segmental Bridges and it uses Balance Cantilever Method or Span by Span Method.
Launching Gantry can be designed as Underslung or Overhead Model to meet the site requirements.
   Whenever Segmental Launching Gantry is use, efficiency is crucial. NANTE Heavy Industry Launching Gantries are designed to save every single minute in the construction sequence. Motorized mechanisms are used for continuous self-launching, electric winches with motorized travelling wagons are used for segment lifting and transporting, Spreader Beam with 360° on plane rotating, vertical tilting and angle adjustment functions are provided.

1. Our glue-as-you-go procedure is a special erection method for glued span-by-span bridges. A stiff main girder allows limited pre-loading of the LG, avoiding time consuming double handling.
2. A symmetrical system allows turnaround of the LG without dismantling and re-erection. A special gantry crane, able to travel over hinges, combined with a 360 degree horizontal bearing on the bottom block, allows very flexible and smooth segment installation.
3. Tower elements placed below the support beams allow substantial changes in the longitudinal slope. This facilitates compensation or elevation differences between neighboring bridges and repositioning of the LG in a vertical direction by vertical climbing of the LG.
4. Easy extension of the support beam for overhead Launching Gantries makes sideways movement of the whole system to the neighboring bridge or over existing superstructures possible.

A2: Our Crane can design and manufacture base on FEM, CMAA, ISO EN, GB standard.

Q3: How do you ensure your product quality?
A3: All our processes strictly adhere to ISO-9001 procedures, which include Material Traceability, ISO WPQR and welder certificate, Measuring Device Calibration, NDT for the welding, and full assembling and load testing before delivery.

Q4:  How can I make payment?

Q5:  How can I assembly the cranes in my factory?
A:  We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual. If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also.

Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A:  Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.

Q7: Do you accept OEM business:
A: Sure, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brand and customers around the world.

Q8: What about shipping:
A: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.

Q9: what about delivery time?
A: different capacity crane and components have different estimated delivery time, generally speaking, around 4 weeks to 8 weeks.
