Product Description

The High Tro Reel conductor rail, also known as the seamless power rail, is an electrical power distribution system used in various applications, such as industrial automation, material handling systems, and electric transportation systems. This conductor rail provides a safe and reliable method of supplying electrical power to moving equipment or vehicles. NANTE can offer the high tro reel bus bar with different poles and capacity, like 4 poles 35A to 140A, 6 poles 35A to 100A.

Design features

1)The housing is made by high quality PVC with low calcium powder, good shape and long service life.
2)The conductor is 99.9999% (T3 level) purity cooper
3)The current collector is made by reforced Nylon and high quality cooper-graphite brush, good for conductivity and long service life.
4)The joint box and end tension is made by reforced plastic, strong and durable.

---------------Components Description--------------

1. Conductor rail:The current collector moving in the conductor rail. Use PVC Housing and 99.999% pure copper which has compact design, good performance and long-service life.
2. Hanger:Fixed the HTR conductor rail,1.2m each.
3. Supprot bracket:Install hanger and fixed the conductor rail.
4. End tensioner:Used to fix and tighten both ends of HTR rail.Reforced Nylon material, High quality spring, standard screw, bolts and nuts.
5. Line feed:Used for intermediate power supply and also can be used as a joint when the HTR is disconnected or divide into two sections.
6. Current collector:Attached to the moving equipment and used to supply power from the High-Tro-Reel unit to the equipment.Nylon material , High quality and big size carbon bush, connection ear design.

A: We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual. If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also.

Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.

A: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.
