Audited Supplier A launching gantry (also called beam launcher, girder launcher,[bridge building crane, and bridge-building machine, locally nicknamed the "Iron Monster") is a special-purpose mobile gantry crane used in bridge construction, specifically segmental bridges that use precast box girder bridge segments or precast girders in highway and high-speed rail bridge construction projects. The launching gantry is used to lift and support bridge segments or girders as they are placed while being supported by the bridge piers instead of the ground.Segment Lifter (referred to as bridge deck crane for pre-cast segment balanced cantilever construction) is mainly used for assembling construction of roads, cross river cross sea steel box beam of cable-stayed bridge, the equipment is installed on the bridge deck, and accurately and safely lift the steel box girder section from sea beam transport ship (or steel trestle bridge) to the bridge deck for assembling and welding, and it can also be used to hoist for other beam block or steel girder. It is mainly divided into fixed deck crane, luffing deck crane and tower type deck crane and its derivatives products "shore crane"
Segment lifter also called bridge builder or Lifting frame, mainly adopts balance cantilever construction method for precast segment bridge construction and widely used in cable-stayed bridge.
NANTE has developed several types of Segment Lifter system tailored for the various erection requirements of pre-cast segmental viaduct. The technology has been used successfully to complete several large balanced cantilever bridges worldwide. The lifter is fitted with electric winches or strand jacks system and is launched forward by hydraulic system. The lifter can also be equipped with steel wheel/rails or rubber tyre mounted for increased mobility.

A3: All our processes strictly adhere to ISO-9001 procedures, which include Material Traceability, ISO WPQR and welder certificate, Measuring Device Calibration, NDT for the welding, and full assembling and load testing before delivery.

Q5: How can I assembly the cranes in my factory?
A5: We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual. If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also.
Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A6: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.
Q7: Do you accept OEM business?
A7: Sure, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brand and customers around the world.
Q8: What about shipping?
A8: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.
Q9: What about delivery time?
A9: Different capacity crane and components have different estimated delivery time, generally speaking, around 4 weeks to 8 weeks.
