Crane rail also called rail track, steel track, is the main component of crane which ensures that the crane runs along the prescribed route and transmits the wheel pressure to the foundation.The crane railway track usually consists of two steel rails.Depending on the type and application crane, crane rail can be divided into ordinary rail rails, special crane rails (steel crane rails)) or square and rectangular sections of rails.

As for the standard of steel rail, to meet different requirement of different countries, there are many international standards for steel rail on the market. The common standards include AREMA, UIC, JIS, BS, GB, Russian standard, etc.JIS standard is suitable for Japanese standard railway track. Japanese standard steel rail has low technical requirement, but high product level.JIS rail is mostly used for the transportation of larger mine roadways and factory workshops, crane hoisting equipment, and the laying of special railway lines,etc.

1. Rail clamp:The crane rail clamp is a component to ensure that the rail is correctly fixed on the ground.There are main two type of clamp which is welded-base rail clamp and Through-bolted rail clamp.
2. Rubber pad:The crane rail rubber pad is designed between the sleeper plate and the rail foot, which is made of elastic polyurethane pad, placed between the rail and the sleeper, to protect the top of the sleeper from wear and impact.

Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A6: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.

Q8: What about shipping?
A8: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.
