Product Description

NANTE NHC-F Type hoist as the fixed wire rope hoist can be used in a wide variety of applications, both as a traveling hoist on cranes or monorails and as stationary solutions. We offer a number of special technical features that enable loads to be handled reliably also for demanding requirements.  The Conical-rotor three-phase asynchronous motor with automatic braking device which is provides a particularly high numbers of starts/stops and duty factors.

Design Code:
NANTE's NHC-F Wire rope Hoist follows the design code of FEM, CMAA, ISO EN, BS, GB standard.

Frame:
Hoist mechanism frame is square welded structure, high versatility, it can be quichly transformed into foot-mounted electric hoist.

Gear Motor:
Square Conical rotor three-phase asynchronous motor is the Hoist motor has automatic braking function without any additional electromagnetic equipment. The motor has the characteristics of large starting torque, reliable braking, and frequent starting, which is suitable for occasions with high ambient temperature and high lift.
Main Features for the Motors are as below:
1. Directly connected with the planetary gear reducer which is built in the hoist drum. It has no intermediate drive shaft and compact structure to ensure high efficiency, stable operation, low noise and no oil leakage of electric of electric hoist.
2. Protection grade is IP54. The brakes are made of non-asbestos brake ring, which has low braking noise, good effect, environmentally protection materials and no moisture. It can be applied to outdoor operations.
3.  Motor shaft is made of special-shaped steel with advanced processing technology. It adopts involute spline, thick tooth end and tooth root, strong bearing capacity and high installation precision, avoiding spline wear and shaft fracture.
4. When the motor is overheated due to circuit shortage, current and voltage abnormality, excessive frequent start, overload, etc., the installation of the overheat protection device will automatically cut off the circuit to protect the motor from damage;
5. The cores of stator and rotor are made of cold-rolled silicon steel, the no-load characteristics, load performance, starting characteristics and other technical performances are obviously superior to other conical motor.

Rope Drum:
Made of seamless pipe, CNC machined with precision of concentricity. Advanced processing methods ensure concentricity of the reels. The depth of the rope groove complied with FEM standard. High-strength lock plate are fastened on the drum to hold the wire rope ensure the safety of lifting.

Wire Rope:
Adopt high-performance and high-strength wire rope with zinc surfacing-plating which is effectively prevent corrosion. High breaking force and good flexibility.

Hook Block:
 DIN standard T grade hook with safety latch, and the hook is made by forged high-strength alloy steel. 360 degree rotation and ergonomic design.

Safety Protection Functions:
 NHC-F Wire rope Hoist include a lot of protection functions, like load cell type overload limit switch, Rotation limit switch. Phase sequence relay, and other optional functions, as crane monitoring system, LED load displayer.

Anti-corrosive Treatment:
Shoot Blasting follow ISO8501-1 SA2.5 class, roughness follow ISO 8503 G class, clearness follow 8502-3 Level II. Use top brand like Hempel, International, and Jordon's Rich zinc epoxy painting for the prime, middle layer coating. Use polyurethane topcoat for the finished layer coating. All NANTE painters are trained or inspected by NACE or FROSIO level II Inspector

A: We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual. If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also.

Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.

Q7: Do you accept OEM business:
A: Sure, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brand and customers around the world.

Q8: What about shipping:
A: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.

Q9: what about delivery time?
A: different capacity crane and components have different estimated delivery time, generally speaking, around 4 weeks to 8 weeks.
