Product Description

NANTE's magnetic lifter is made with neodymium magnets which are used for lifting steel sheets, blocks, rods, cylinders and other magnetic materials.
The lifters in strong attraction, smaller volume, lighter weight, powerful lifting effort, easy and safe to operate, long-period effort and without power supply are ideal tools for quick and economical transport of heavy objects.
We will provided the selection of the appropriate magnet model under consideration of the varying conditions of the contact surface and kind of material alloy.
 

Features:

Handle:
Alloy steel levers are not easy crooked, features a lock-on/lock-off mechanism that requires the operator to manually switch between the two states.
V slot on the bottom:
Is ideal for flat or round loading surfaces.
U-loop shackle hook:
High mechanical strength and durability allows for the easy attachment of slings and low residual magnetism for rapid handling.
Material:
N45 Magnet Material to provide super strong magnetism, and its max pulling power equals to 600kg/1320lbswith safety factor of 3.5, lasts longer and can attach rough or round surface.
Use Multiple ones together: 
Combine multiple magnets lift together by a Special spreader in order to lift extra-large steel plate.
No electricity required: 
Super-powerful neodymium iron boron magnets require no electricity. Long term attractive force stability. There is no risk in losing lifting force even during power failures.


Application:
Because of the light weight, ease of operation and powerful suction, magnetic lifters are widely used in factory, warehouse, goods yard, workshop and transportation site. It can carry steel plate, cast ingot, shape steel as well as steel scrap and slag. Besides, single and combined usage is allowable to carry big and long magnetic/iron components, which is helpful to improve work condition and efficiency greatly.

Q5: How can I assembly the cranes in my factory?
A: We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual. If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also.

Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.

Q7: Do you accept OEM business:
A: Sure, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brand and customers around the world.

Q8: What about shipping:
A: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.

Q9: what about delivery time?
A: different capacity crane and components have different estimated delivery time, generally speaking, around 4 weeks to 8 weeks.
