Single girder gantry crane is a common type gantry crane used indoor or outdoor, and it is also an ideal solution for light duty and medium duty material handling. NANTE can offer different type design of single girder gantry crane like box girder, truss girder, L shape girder, with low headroom hoist, standard room (monorail) hoist, to meet various applications with the features of compact design, light self-weight, low noisy, easy for installation and maintenance.

1.Designed to international standards (FEM, CMAA, EN ISO).
2.Compatible with low-headroom or standard-room hoists.
3.Compact S355 girder, low self-weight, welded to ISO 15614 / AWS D14.1, deflection 1/700–1/1000, MT/PT for fillet welds, UT for joints.
4.End carriage in hollow-shaft or open-gear design; alloy steel wheels with heat treatment.
5.Branded gear motor, IP55, F-class insulation, IE3 efficiency, overheat protection, manual release, electromagnetic brake, inverter-controlled.
6.IEC-standard control panel in IP55 enclosure with plug-and-play socket.
7.Double-line galvanized C-track festoon: one for hoist power/signal, one for pendant trolley.
8.Surface blasting to SA2.5 (ISO 8501-1), C3–C5 coating system (ISO 12944-5).

In order to expand the scope of crane operation, the main girder can extend to one side or both sides to extend the leg to form a cantilever. It is also possible to extend the operation scope of the crane by lifting and lifting the boom with the boom.

A2: Our Crane can design and manufacture base on FEM, CMAA, ISO EN, GB standard.
Q3: How do you ensure your product quality?
A3: All our processes strictly adhere to ISO-9001 procedures, which include Material Traceability, ISO WPQR and welder certificate, Measuring Device Calibration, NDT for the welding, and full assembling and load testing before delivery.
Q4: How can I make payment?
A: We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C, Paypal.
Q5: How can I assembly the cranes in my factory?
A: We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual. If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also.
Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.
Q7: Do you accept OEM business:
A: Sure, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brand and customers around the world.
Q8: What about shipping:
A: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.
Q9: what about delivery time?
A: different capacity crane and components have different estimated delivery time, generally speaking, around 4 weeks to 8 weeks.
