The Low Headroom Wire Rope Hoist is engineered for applications where space is limited but performance cannot be compromised. With a compact C-shaped design, it minimizes headroom requirements, making it ideal for workshops, warehouses, and low-clearance areas.
Constructed with high-strength steel and precision-machined components, this hoist ensures smooth lifting, accurate load positioning, and long-term reliability. Equipped with a hardened drum, wire rope guide, and overload protection, it offers enhanced safety and operational efficiency.
1. Reducer
Third-class dead axel helica gear transmission structure is adopted,; gear and gear axel are made of heat treated alloy steel.
2. Control Box
It has device with up an down stroke protection of break off limiter and can cut off main circuit in an emergency,which ensures safe operation of electric block.Electric elements are of long service life and operational safety.
3.Steel Wire Rope
It uses GB1102-74(6*37+1) hoist steel wire rope which is durable in use.
4. Conical Motor
The hoist motor uses conical motors of relatively stronger starting torque to brake asynchronous motor and does not need extra arrester. The motor s load duration factor is 25%.
5. Button Switch
Its hand-operated, easy to handle,and has two modes of cord operation and cordless remote control
6.Gear
By adopting Japanese technology, they are innovated symmetrical arrayed high-speed synchronous gears, and are made from international standard gear steel.
7.Chain
Adopts high strength chain and high precision welding technology,meet ISO3077-1984 international standard;fits for gusty overload work conditions;takes your hands a better feeling multi-angle operation.

Q2: Which standard of your crane and crane components apply to?
A2: Our Crane can design and manufacture base on FEM, CMAA, ISO EN, GB standard.
Q3: How do you ensure your product quality?
A3: All our processes strictly adhere to ISO-9001 procedures, which include Material Traceability, ISO WPQR and welder certificate, Measuring Device Calibration, NDT for the welding, and full assembling and load testing before delivery.
Q4: How can I make payment?
A4: We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C, Paypal.
Q5: How can I assembly the cranes in my factory?
A5: We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual. If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also.
Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A6: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.
Q7: Do you accept OEM business?
A7: Sure, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brand and customers around the world.
Q8: What about shipping?
A8: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.
Q9: what about delivery time?
A9: different capacity crane and components have different estimated delivery time, generally speaking, around 4 weeks to 8 weeks.
