Product Description

NANTE is the manufacturer and supplier of single pole conductor rail system (also known as DSL busbar). As a crane manufacturer or crane operator; you need a robust and inexpensive power supply, which is also easy to install. NANTE supply single pole conductor system (also known as busbar) suitable for indoor and protected outdoor applications. The PVC housing can accommodate different aluminum cross sections for nominal currents of 250 - 2000 A. Special sections enable quick and easy replacement of defective sections.

They are 3, 4, 5 conductor configurations, with aluminum joint from 250A to 1250 A. Compact arrangement, corrosion resistance and simple assembly are its essential features. The conductor systems are suitable for overhead and elongated tracks for cranes, monorails, electric hoists, electric tools, stacking systems, as well as many other applications for supplying power to moving power loads.

Conductor Rails:
Stable basic body of conductive material with contact-safe insulated profile. Standard profile lengths of 4000 mm, Custom length sections are available. The ground conductor is identified by a green/yellow stripe.
Hanger Clamp:

1. Freely rotating and thus self-aligning clip-on holder for quick, safe assembly. Mounting height adjustable.
2. Allows the rail to slide during thermal expansion.
3. Sliding hanger and Anchor hanger is available.
4. Material: Nylon with bolts and nuts
5. Support Distance: 1200mm/interval.

Joint

1. Clamping connectors with insulated cap.
2. Material: aluminum, bolts, nuts.

Collector trolley

1. The roller-guide collector trolleys are available as 4, 5 and 7 pole types.
2. Copper graphite carbon shoes are used for energy and control voltages.
3. Double collectors are used to improve the quality of the contact and for transfers

End Cap
Rail terminator as protection against accidental contact.
Expansion Joint
Changing temperature causes the conductor rail system to expand. To compensate for the expansion in systems over 200 m or systems with multiple fixed points or curves, expansion joints are used.

A: We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual. If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also.

Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.

Q7: Do you accept OEM business:
A: Sure, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brand and customers around the world.

Q8: What about shipping:
A: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.

A: different capacity crane and components have different estimated delivery time, generally speaking, around 4 weeks to 8 weeks.
