Overhead Form Traveler for Cast-in Method Bridge Construction
NANTE Crane Form Traveler System are used for Balance Cantilever (cast-in-situ post-tensioned) segmental construction method, and this system can be used for bridges such as free cantilever, cable stayed bridge and arched bridge.
The Formwork Traveler System can be designed as overhead or underslung type to adapt to many bridge cross-sections, including single, double or triple box girder, U, T section etc.
The Form Traveler System is highly flexible and allows efficient and repeated usage on bridges with different cross sections and a variety of casting lengths. Fully hydraulic as well as mechanical systems are built into the Form Traveler System, which ensure full precision control during construction of the bridge and operation of the entire system.

NANTE Crane Form Traveler is easier to be use compare to underslung Model. And it is easier to be modified for future usage. Our Form Traveler is with good quality modular connection, designed for future modification and repeated usage for many years.
Concreting Support, self-launching operation, level adjustments are all by means of hydraulic system. Erection of the traveler on the pier top can be as short as 1 week. All major parts join together by pin connection, which promises speedy erection and high accuracy design.

Q5: How can I assembly the cranes in my factory?
A: We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual. If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also.
Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.
Q7: Do you accept OEM business:
A: Sure, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brand and customers around the world.
Q8: What about shipping:
A: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.
Q9: what about delivery time?
A: different capacity crane and components have different estimated delivery time, generally speaking, around 4 weeks to 8 weeks.
