The NW winch hoist is a modular concept which uses pre-engineered components in both standard and customized formats to provide high-performance and high-reliability for a very wide range of demanding applications where one or more of the following are required:

Design Code:
      NANTE's NW Winch follows the design code of FEM, CMAA, ISO EN, BS, GB standard.
Gear Motor:
      Worldwide top brand gear motor to make sure the quality, IP55, F insulation class, overheat protection, manual release bar, and equipped with electro-magnetic brake.
Rope Drum:
      Made of seamless pipe, CNC machined with precision of concentricity. Advanced processing methods ensure concentricity of the reels. The depth of the rope groove complied with FEM standard. High-strength lock plate are fastened on the drum to hold the wire rope ensure the safety of lifting.
Wire Rope:
      Adopt high-performance and high-strength wire rope with zinc surfacing-plating which is effectively prevent corrosion. High breaking force and good flexibility.
Rope Guider:
      Use Special steel rope guider which have bearing, light weight, prevent wire rope from shipping and losing to off-groove, and safety first.
Hook Block:
      DIN standard T grade hook with safety latch, and the hook is made by
forged high-strength alloy steel. 360 degree rotation and ergonomic design.
Control Panel:
      Follow IEC standard, IP55 powder coating high quality enclosure, socket plug-in for easy connection, DIN standard terminal, international brand for the inverter, MCB, Contact and electrical devices on the panel
Safety Protection Functions:
      NHA Winch include a lot of protection functions, like overheat protection for the lifting, load cell type overload limit switch, up&down position limit switch. Phase sequence relay, and other optional functions, like crane monitoring system, LED load displayer.
Anti-corrosive Treatment:
     Shoot Blasting follow ISO8501-1 SA2.5 class, roughness follow ISO 8503 G class, clearness follow 8502-3 Level II. Use top brand's Rich zinc epoxy painting for the prime, middle layer coating. Use polyurethane topcoat for the finished layer coating. All NANTE painters are trained or inspected by NACE or FROSIO level II Inspector.

Q3: How do you ensure your product quality?
A3: All our processes strictly adhere to ISO-9001 procedures, which include Material Traceability, ISO WPQR and welder certificate, Measuring Device Calibration, NDT for the welding, and full assembling and load testing before delivery.

Q4: How can I make payment?
A4: We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C, Paypal.

Q5: How can I assembly the cranes in my factory?
A5: We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual. If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also.

Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A6: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.

Q7: Do you accept OEM business?
A7: Sure, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brand and customers around the world.

Q8: What about shipping?
A: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.

Q9: What about delivery time?
A9: Different capacity crane and components have different estimated delivery time, generally speaking, around 4 weeks to 8 weeks.
