Product Description
Explosion-proof wireless remote controllers are specifically designed to meet the safety demands of flammable and explosive environments. Their advanced engineering minimizes the risk of sparks or ignition, making them ideal for handling equipment in areas with volatile gases, vapors, or dust. These systems act as a crucial line of defense in protecting workers and equipment.
Product operating environment temperature: -20ºC~+40ºC.
Use special fasteners of performance grade 6.8.
The explosion-proof buttons and emergency stop buttons are all made of certified products.
This series of explosion-proof electric hoists feature a compact and aesthetically pleasing design. The up and down buttons are mechanically interlocked and automatically reset. Each button is equipped with two operation modes: single-speed and double-speed. A push-lock release button is provided as an emergency protection feature, making the operation safer and more reliable.
The product has IP65-level waterproof and dustproof performance and is suitable for environments exposed to rain, snow, and dust. It can be matched with various single-speed and double-speed electric hoists from both domestic and foreign manufacturers.

Q5: How can I assembly the cranes in my factory?
A: We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual. If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also.
Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.
Q7: Do you accept OEM business:
A: Sure, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brand and customers around the world.
Q8: What about shipping:
A: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.
Q9: what about delivery time?
A: different capacity crane and components have different estimated delivery time, generally speaking, around 4 weeks to 8 weeks.
