The travelling mechanism is the key component of the cranes. It combines steel structure frame, wheel sets, motor, gear box, brake etc. Except these main components, the travelling mechanism also include several safety device, like rubber buffer, cross limit switch, rail/storm locker, anti-derailment device etc.

NANTE can offer the various travelling mechanism design for selection which include:

OGE series Open gear end carriage is NANTE's second generation travelling mechanism. This series end carriage has the advantage of easy fabrication, competitive price, easy assembly and disassembly, free lubrication. NANTE can offer wheel set, end carriage, wheel block for different application.

HSE series hollow shaft end carriage is NANTE's new generation travel mechanism. This series end carriage has the advantage of compact design, high transmission efficiency, low noisy, easy assembly and disassembly and maintenance. NANTE can offer end carriage, wheel block, bogie of overhead crane and gantry crane design for different application. 

SCE series end carriage is special designed for under-hung overhead crane. This series end carriage can do bevel wheel for I beam, and flat wheel for H beam, and can be equipped with NANTE's soft-start motor or RF series motor for different budget.

Design Features

1)  The wheel is machined from alloy forged steel which has high permissible wheel load.
2)  Use spherical roller bearing for long service life.
3)  The wheel mechanical performance is enhanced by tempering heat treatment, and the hardness can reach to 300-380HB.
4)  The steel frame is open and module design so that the wheel can be easily assembled and disassembled
5)  Equipped with gear motor with electromagnetic brake, IP55 protection level, F isolation class. (Can upgrade to IP66 and H class)
6)  The motor is controlled by inverter, the travelling is step-less speed, low noisy, and smoothly running.
7)  SA2.5 class surface pre-treated by shot blasting, Painting system is C3-C5 according to ISO 12944-5.

Q1: Are you Manufacturer or Trading Company?

Q2: Which standard of your crane and crane components apply to?
A2: Our Crane can design and manufacture base on FEM, CMAA, ISO EN, GB standard.

Q3: How do you ensure your product quality?
A3: All our processes strictly adhere to ISO-9001 procedures, which include Material Traceability, ISO WPQR and welder certificate, Measuring Device Calibration, NDT for the welding, and full assembling and load testing before delivery. 

Q4: How can I make payment?
A4: We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C, Paypal.

Q5: How can I assembly the cranes in my factory?
A5: We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual. If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also. 

Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A6: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible. 

Q7: Do you accept OEM business?
A7: Sure, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brand and customers around the world.

Q8: What about shipping?
A8: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel. 

Q9: What about delivery time?
A9: Different capacity crane and components have different estimated delivery time, generally speaking, around 4 weeks to 8 weeks.
