Double girder truss gantry crane
1. Main lifting mechanism: Reasonable design, travelling dynamics adopts enclosed design, and the output shaft of reducer which has been machined specially is equipped with upper and lower lifting limit device to ensure the safety and stability of the lifting process.
2. Main girder: Adopting triangular space truss detached pin-connected main girders. All girders adopt tooling fabrication and will not set camber. Having better stability and stronger rigidity comparing with tetragonal truss steel constructive main girder. Meanwhile, the main girder itself is provided with overhead crane travel track, which saves customer substantive acquisition cost and human resources.
3. Traveling crane: Pleasing appearance, adopting cycloidal needle wheel reducer completely, having longer service life, lower noise and better safety reliability comparing with JQG type reducer.
