Detailed Product Description
These systems feature multiple conductors, typically copper strips, in an insulated enclosure. The current collector tracks are inside the enclosure, with the joining electric cable connected via an opening (slot) in the bottom of the enclosure. The bottom opening can be sealed with a neoprene sealing strip to keep debris and fumes out. The current collector is self-guided in these systems and only needs to be towed with a towing arm. Multiple copper conductors in an enclosure (aluminium or PVC housing) is available in 3 to 16 conductors and amperage capacities from 30 to 240.
Enclosed conductor rails has been used successfully for many years and have been continuously improved and adapted in line with the latest state-of-the-art products. They are conductor lines in a rigid PVC housing with different copper cross sections for rated currents of 40-200 A. The current collectors, running in ball bearings, are guided by the housing. The mains power is transferred by spring-stored carbon brushes.
Type HFP for indoor plants is manufactured in green plastic-housings for 4 and 5 poles. At up to 100 A we can supply the Powerail with plug-in joints. Otherwise, the sections are connected bolted joints.
