A limit switch is a critical component of overhead crane safety. Limit switches are electromechanical devices that regulate everything from household appliances to industrial machinery. The crane limit switch include traveling limit switch and load limit switch. Load limit switch used on hoist and trolley.
When your load exceeds the lifting capacity of you crane, load limiters will cut power from lifting your load higher. This can save your life, avert lost downtime from a damaged crane, and prevent expensive accidents and insurance claims.
Function:
1. Lifting capacity reaches 90% of the rated lifting capacity, an intermittent sound and light alarm will be issued, but the lifting circuit will not be cut off.
2. 105%, a continuous sound and light alarm will be issued with a delay of 2 seconds, and the lifting circuit will be cut off, but the down circuit will not be affected.
3. 130%, a continuous sound and light alarm will be issued immediately and closed Hositing Immediately.
Setting:
1. Clearing
In the state of the empty hook, press and hold the →0← key on the box for 3 seconds, the number on the box will be reset to zero and flash continuously for 3 seconds, the clearing is successful.
2. Set the alarm point
First use a crane to lift the rated weight (note: it must be lifted off the ground), and then press and hold the "M" button on the box for 3 seconds. The number on the instrument displays the rated weight and flashes continuously for 3 seconds, the setting is successful.

A5: We suggest you to recruit a crane service team in local to install the crane base on our Installation Guideline and User manual. If cannot, we can send engineer to your factory to guide you do the installation with extra charge, and the transportation, accommodation, translator shall be covered by your side also.
Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A6: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.
Q7: Do you accept OEM business:
A7: Sure, we do many OEM productions for some famous crane brand and customers around the world.
Q8: What about shipping:
A8: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.
Q9: what about delivery time?
A9: different capacity crane and components have different estimated delivery time, generally speaking, around 4 weeks to 8 weeks.
