General description:

Crane rail also called rail track, steel track, is the main component of crane which ensures that the crane runs along the prescribed route and transmits the wheel pressure to the foundation.The crane railway track usually consists of two steel rails.Depending on the type and application crane, crane rail can be divided into ordinary rail rails, special crane rails (steel crane rails)) or square and rectangular sections of rails.

Qu rail is a special kind of rail track providing a running surface for various types of cranes such as gantry cranes, overhead cranes. It is mainly applied in big projects including wharf, ports and yards.Compared with ordinary steel rails, QU rail has a wide head, a small height, and a large rail waist, which is beneficial to improve the contact with the wheels and suitable for bearing horizontal loads.Small tonnage, medium tonnage crane rail uses P-type railroad rail, large tonnage gantry crane rail uses QU type crane special rail or square rail.

1. Rail clamp:The crane rail clamp is a component to ensure that the rail is correctly fixed on the ground.There are main two type of clamp which is welded-base rail clamp and Through-bolted rail clamp.
2.  Fish plate:Fish plate is used to connect the rails so that the rails maintain a controllable range between the straightness and the vertical height difference in the horizontal direction.
3. Rubber pad:The crane rail rubber pad is designed between the sleeper plate and the rail foot, which is made of elastic polyurethane pad, placed between the rail and the sleeper, to protect the top of the sleeper from wear and impact.

Q6: What is the warranty period, and how can I claim warranty If my crane have any issue?
A: Our warranty period is 12 months after cargo leave China port. If the crane have any issue, our after-sales team and engineer will help you solve the issue by email or Video conference. If the defect is caused by quality issue, we will ship the spare parts to you by air to help you fixed it as soon as possible.

A: We recommend small batch by the way of air or LCL, but large delivery by the way of container or bulk vessel.
